netflix, for beginners
1. if you are too lazy to send in the current disc you have but you really want to watch the next item in your queue, tell netflix you already sent it in and it must have gotten lost. they will send you your next disc. you can do this up to two times according to my experiment.
2. if you can’t find the current disc you have but you really want to watch the next item in your queue, send back a random cd. you will get your next item a day before they return your “personal dvd” to you. you can do this up to one time according to my experiment.
